Pengurus dan pengawas sebagai pelaksana hasil keputusan rapat anggota mempunyai tugas:

As executors of the decisions of the Members Assembly, the administrators have the following duties:

managing the cooperative and its business, mengelola koperasi beserta usaspesialuntuk,

proposing a work plan and budget plan for the cooperative, mengajukan rancangan rencana kerja serta rencana anggaran koperasi,

preparing a financial report and administration accountability report, menciptakan laporan keuangan dan pertanggungjawabanan pelaksanaan tugas,

conducting meetings of members, menyelenggarakan rapat anggota,

taking care of the book of list of members and administrators' book, memelihara buku daftar afiggota dan buku pengurus

"In carrying out their duties, the administrators have authority as follows - Dalam pelaksanaannya pengurus mempunyai wewenang sebagai diberikut:

To represent the cooperative in court and outside court. Mewakili koperasi di dalam dan di luar pengadilan.

To make decisions on accepting and refusing new memberships as well as membership terminations in accordance with the cooperative's statute. Memutuskan penerimaan dan penolakan anggota gres serta pemberhentian anggota sesuai ketentuan di anggaran dasar koperasi.

To take actions and make efforts for the interest of the cooperative in accor dance with their responsibilities and the decisions of the Members Assembly. Melakukan tindakan dan upaya bagi kepentingan koperasi sesuai dengan tanggung jawabannya dan sesuai keputusan rapat anggota.

Administrators are appointed and dismissed by the members assembly according to the statute for a period of 5 years in maximum. The direktur can delegate the management of the cooperative to the managers upon approne from the members assembly. The managers are authorized to manage the cooperative and responsible to the administrator.

Pengurus dipilih dan diberhentikan oleh rapat anggota sesuai dengan persyaratan yang terdapat pada anggaran dasar untuk masa jabatan terbaik 5 tahun. Pengurus sanggup melimpahkan pengelolian koperasi kepada pengelola dengan persetujuan rapat anggota. Pengelola mempunyai wewenang dalam administrasi perjuangan koperasi dan bertanggung tanggapan kepada pengurus koperasi.

The Duties of the Cooperative Controllers - Tugas Pengawas Koperasi

The controllers are responsible to the Members Assembly, just like the administrators. They are authorized to check the cooperative's documents and entitled to obtain necessary information. Their function are similar to those of auditors and public accountants who examine the financial reports of companies.

Pengurus dan pengawas sebagai pelaksana hasil keputusan rapat anggota mempunyai kiprah Tugas Wewenang Pengawas dan Pengurus Koperasi

Pengawas koperasi bertanggung tanggapan kepada rapat anggota sebagaimana pengurus. Pengawas berhak mereview catatan pada koperasi dan mendapat tiruana keterangan yang diperlukan. Pengawas koperasi hampir sama fungsinya dengan auditor dan akuntan publik yang menilai laporan keuangan tubuh usaha.

The difference between auditors" and controllers is that auditors will inform third parties outside the cooperative about the result of investigation, whereas controllers are not allowed to inform third partiess which have a relation with the cooperative and interests in it.

Perbedaannya jika auditor hasil pemeriksaannya akan didiberitahukan kepada pihak ketiga di luar koperasi, jika hasil investigasi pengawas dihentikan didiberitahukan kepada pihak ketiga menyerupai bank, pemerintah, dan pihak di luar koperasi yang bekerjasama dan berkepentingan pada koperasi.
